Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. b11111 makes no representation that the services offered are legal in any particular jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you accept full personal responsibility for your compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Account" means the individual registered user account held on the b11111 Platform.
- "Platform" means the b11111 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at b11111.bet.
- "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, crash game, fishing game, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
- "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a Game outcome.
- "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under the Platform's compliance policy.
To register an Account and access real-money services on b11111, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously been excluded from b11111 or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or by operator action.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute and in which your participation would expose you to personal criminal liability.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of b11111 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processing partners.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account. b11111 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts, forfeit associated balances, and suspend the user concerned pending investigation. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration. b11111 reserves the right to verify all information provided and to require supporting documentation at any time.
b11111 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with its internal compliance policy. By registering an Account, you agree to provide any documentation requested by b11111 to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents may include, but are not limited to:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
- Valid passport (bio-data page).
- Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or mobile operator statement dated within the preceding three months.
- Proof of payment method: screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account showing your registered name.
b11111 may impose a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending successful completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame will result in the suspension of the Account and may result in forfeiture of funds in circumstances where fraud is reasonably suspected. b11111 will handle all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
b11111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and approved local bank transfers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
- Withdrawal processing times are typically between one (1) and twenty-four (24) hours, subject to KYC completion and payment provider processing schedules.
- b11111 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a Game wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.
- b11111 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet operator or bank may apply their own service charges, for which b11111 accepts no responsibility.
b11111 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless superseded by promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer:
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as real money.
- Standard wagering requirement on casino bonuses is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states a different multiple.
- Bonus Funds may not be used on certain game categories or bet types as specified per promotion. Attempting to use Bonus Funds on excluded game categories will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- b11111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
- Any attempt to exploit bonus mechanics, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential Account suspension.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b11111 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in any prohibited activity may have their Account suspended, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or sports betting market.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Providing false information during registration or during any KYC verification process.
- Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users.
- Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in any Game. Winnings arising from exploited technical errors are void and will be reversed.
- Charging back a deposit via a payment provider after the funds have been used to place wagers.
- Operating a business or commercial enterprise that accepts bets or collects winnings on behalf of third parties using a b11111 Account.
All content on the b11111 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of b11111 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the b11111 Platform without the prior written consent of b11111. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b11111 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Game. This includes without limitation:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
- Interruption of service caused by maintenance, technical failure, or third-party network outages.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
- Incorrect wagers placed due to user error.
b11111's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
b11111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.
- The Account holder has engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Clause 6.
- The Account has been used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
- The Account holder has initiated a fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback.
- Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to b11111.
Upon termination, any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with standard Game rules. Where fraud is confirmed, b11111 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance. You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with the Platform's Responsible Gaming Policy.
b11111 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps configurable from your Account settings.
- Session Reminders: Configurable time alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
- Self-Exclusion: A temporary or permanent self-exclusion option available by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours.
- Reality Checks: On-screen prompts that display your net session profit or loss at regular intervals.

b11111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, b11111 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b11111 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to b11111's customer support team for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, the parties agree that the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in b11111's jurisdiction of incorporation. Nothing in this clause limits b11111's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms applicable to a given bonus, constitute the entire agreement between you and b11111 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior oral or written representations, discussions, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
